His small estate was less than $100,000, which was handled by a Chicago lawyer. The problem is that he had a time-share and that has to be probated down in Florida.The time-share is for Disney.We(siblings)would like to know how to get some help in that field,(probate) so when it's clear of everything we would like to sell the time-share.
