    is there anyway i can find out if a will had been filed for my father thru the courts. i do not live in florida where he passed and my sister is not talking to me??/

    Call the clerks office for the county where your father was a resident. Ask for the probate division and ask them if they have any record of your father’s estate ever being opened. If so, ask them if there was an “order admitting will” or something to that effect.

    You can order copies of the entire probate file if it exists.
