Formal Administration
This is the traditional form of probate that exists in many other states. All estates are eligible for formal administration.
Average Time Frame: 15-30 days to secure Letters of Administration; 6-12 months to fully administer and discharge.
Note: We calculate average time frames from the date a case is filed. Pre-filing efficiency is contingent upon client’s ability to provide the requisite documentation. Holidays and “peak” periods at various clerks’ offices also affect turnaround times.[/tab]
